On regular anti parkinsonian therapy with little benefit.
Investigations excluded wilsons disease, metabolic disease, anti GAD -ve. Magnesium level low 0.90mg/dl.
Oral supplementation with Magnesium showed a good response. Periodic followup at monthly interval – absence of tremors
